Happy New Year

It’s Day 2 of 365 or what I consider to truly be the new year. Day 1 is often filled with relishing in the last few moments of holiday solitude and enjoyment before truly starting the new year.

My Day 2 included resolutions, as I am sure many others did.

For 2017,

I will:

-MOVE. Out of my house and possibly out of state but I will take the plunge and GO.

-Meet my fitness and health goals.
*Lean out
* 350# Deadlift, 250# squat and 150# bench

-Figure out how to take my job/interests to the next level.

-Take my passion for health and fitness and turn it into a career/company/organization–SOMETHING.
